New Installation

Here at Tempe Mechanical, we deliver the type of product that we would want on our own homes and offices. We are not going to just install a new unit and walk away. Some houses and offices do not have ductwork that is correctly sized or may have other problems that a new unit just won’t fix. We will diagnose all the problems with the system and provide a solution to the problem every time.

There is also a fair amount of rebates available to everyone, from the average home owner to the building owner. You can get these rebates by simply installing a new air conditioning unit. We know all the steps required to get the rebate for you. Below is a sample table from APS and SRP describing the rebate program.
