Montelucia Resort and Spa is a luxury destination located in the shadow of Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley. This project took two years to complete with multiple design changes and coordination issues. Tempe Mechanical took the lead on the CAD design, coordinating the major trades to ensure a satisfactory completion date. The end result is a beautiful resort that has been in operation since November of 2008. The General Contractor on this project was Rowland Luxury Homes.

Ocean Prime is a high end restaurant located in City North. This restaurant uses hydronic piping to power its HVAC system, and opened in 2009. Tempe Mechanical performed the HVAC on this project. GB Mannisto was the General Contractor.

This was the first Resort built in the west valley since 1929. This unique resort is based around the seven cities of Cibola and features a village design. There were several phases to this project, Tempe Mechanical was a part of phase II which consisted of 2 new 4 Story buildings to accommodate more guests. We are currently working to complete phase III.

Dominicks Steakhouse is one of the most premier Steakhouses in Scottsdale, Arizona. It has multi-leveled private dining areas including a wine cellar, which required a specialized cooling system to be installed.


This elegant hotel was built to accommodate the surrounding atmosphere and activities located around the Mesa Riverview area.  The hotel features 180 rooms, fitness facility, full restaurant and sports bar, ballroom, and a conference room. We installed the HVAC for this project. The construction timeline was fast paced and completed in 8 months.

With locations around the country Blue Martini is an upscale bar/lounge offering live entertainment and cocktail creations. This project is located at Desert Ridge Marketplace in North Phoenix and consisted of a chilled water system with 100 percent outside air ERV’s. This system was designed for this establishment based on its specific atmosphere.

This stylish urban hotel was built just minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport and many other downtown attractions. It features 143 rooms, nine foot ceiling, and walk in showers. Tempe Mechanical completed the HVAC and Plumbing for this hotel, working with CB & E Constructors as the General Contractor.


Toka Stick is known for its elaborate 18-hole golf course. The owner, Gila River Indian Community decided to expand the amenities by building a six story, 74,000 square foot hotel. The hotel was branded as Starwood Four Points by Sheraton. A Golf clubhouse and golf cart storage barn were additional facilities included in the project. The General Contractor was WE O’Neil and Tempe Mechanical completed the HVAC portion of the project.

This 4 story hotel is located one mile from Arizona State University and Mill Ave in Tempe, Arizona. It has 177 guest rooms, 2 business rooms, a fitness room and an outdoor pool. The property is owned by Tempe Hotel Properties LLC. Tempe Mechanical completed the HVAC for this hotel with Double AA as the General Contractor.


The Victory District is a 55+ community tucked in the White Tank Mountains overlooking the community of Verrado. The Victory Club is a 35,000 square foot clubhouse sitting on top of a mountain raised above the desert floor. The site itself is approximately 5,000,000 square feet of solid rock. With Whiting Turner as the General Contractor, Tempe Mechanical executed all the HVAC and Plumbing for this remarkable new club.

This historic Ritz Carlton hotel in the Phoenix Biltmore area went through an extensive renovation. Tempe Mechanical participated in the HVAC and Plumbing portion by modernizing 278 suites and replacing the 1980’s fixtures with innovative Kohler brand. Renovated 291 chilled water fan coils as well as replaced air handler units and upgraded to a digital Income controls system. Revamped there entire sewer system, stacks, drains lines and soe vents as necessary to ensure proper flow. The kitchen was also renovated as well as the restaurant and bar area. Further amenities added to the hotel were a relaxation station, meditation garden and water feature with a Roe Water treatment system; we also assisted in the water design of the fountain. The hotel was rebranded and reopened its doors as The Camby.

This hotel was opened in 1929 as a guest ranch in the state of Arizona’s early cotton ranching business. Today the resort features 331 rooms and 3 championship golf courses.  The resort was remodeled and Tempe Mechanical participated in plumbing of phase III which consisted of remodeling 90 guestrooms of building 2B & 2C.

Homes2Suites by Hilton is a 4 story hotel located in Chandler; the surrounding area of the hotel is currently in development for corporate offices. The 126 rooms are equipped with living spaces and full kitchens. Tempe Mechanical installed the HVAC for this project with Porter Brothers as the General Contractor.


Located near Tempe Marketplace off of the intersections of the 202 and 101 loops in Tempe, Arizona. This 4 Story 121 room 93,000 square foot hotel was constructed on a former waste landfill and consisted of a special design to accommodate the secreting gasses from the ground to go through the roof system. Tempe Mechanical performed the HVAC for this project.
