Luhr's Building

The Luhr's Building was a historic renovation done with Hansji Urban. Tempe Mechanical performed all of the plumbing and HVAC on this project. It was a very unusual project, with chilled water being pumped in from a well in the basement and feeding the entire building. The building opened in 2009, with the first tenants moving into the top floor.

Chandler Midway Office Building

Chandler Midway Office Building is a two story office shell. Tempe Mechanical performed the HVAC on this project. The contractor was Double AA Builders.
