

The Luhr's Building was a historic renovation done with Hansji Urban. Tempe Mechanical performed all of the plumbing and HVAC on this project. It was a very unusual project, with chilled water being pumped in from a well in the basement and feeding the entire building. The building opened in 2009, with the first tenants moving into the top floor.

Cibola Vista is a timeshare property located in Peoria. The construction was completed in one year, and the facility has been in operation since January of 2008. The General Contractor on this project was Chanen Construction.

Festival Foothills Elementary is a K–8 school in the Wickenburg School District. This was an interesting project, with extremely high ceilings in the gymnasium and a complex site. The project was completed in eight months, opening in January of 2008. The General Contractor on this project was Turner Construction.

Montelucia Resort and Spa is a luxury destination located in the shadow of Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley. This project took two years to complete with multiple design changes and coordination issues. Tempe Mechanical took the lead on the CAD design, coordinating the major trades to ensure a satisfactory completion date. The end result is a beautiful resort that has been in operation since November of 2008. The General Contractor on this project was Rowland Luxury Homes.




Tumbleweed Recreation Center is a mixed use facility in Chandler. This facility has a complex four pipe hydronic system with the domestic hot water tied into the boiler for the heating hot water. Although this project had multiple changes and revisions throughout the construction process, the project was completed on time. The facility opened in January of 2008. The General Contractor was Haydon Builders.

Glendale Energy is a Methane Gas powered Electrical Plant. This plant uses the methane that is naturally produced from the Glendale Landfill to power two 20 cylinder engines. These engines produce enough power to run 750 homes. The methane gas was simply being burned off before.
