Tumbleweed Recreation Center

Tumbleweed Recreation Center is a mixed use facility in Chandler. This facility has a complex four pipe hydronic system with the domestic hot water tied into the boiler for the heating hot water. Although this project had multiple changes and revisions throughout the construction process, the project was completed on time. The facility opened in January of 2008. The General Contractor was Haydon Builders.

Gateway Access Center

Gateway Access Center is a trailhead building and parking lot located in Scottsdale, Az. The building serves as a restroom facility for the general public and an office for park employees. The project was complete in 2009, and gained LEED platinum rating in 2010. Gateway features extensive natural vegetation, a rain water harvesting system, and low flow plumbing fixtures. Tempe Mechanical completed the HVAC and Plumbing on this project. The General Contractor was Valley Rain, with the Construction Zone constructing the building.
