engineering design assistance. Tempe Mechanical employs personnel
educated and trained in CAD design of all types of mechanical systems.
State-of-the-art computer hardware and software is used to assure the
best possible end product. These include AutoCAD 2000, CAD Pipe and
HVAC and HP Printer/Plotter.
The CAD design and engineering team can support
any type of project for customers. By utilizing CAD on a project, Tempe
Mechanical is able to quickly and easily coordinate with other trades.
Three-dimensional drawings can be mailed electronically between all
parties, which improves communication and avoids potential mistakes.
Customers benefit by seeing an initial plan of how
the project can be done, and the three-dimensional images give
customers a visual representation of what the finished product will
look like.
Recently completed projects successfully utilizing
CAD design and engineering design assistance include:
- Buckeye High School. Holes
in masonry walls were located, drawings of proposed solutions to
problem areas were provided, and a layout of exposed duct in the
gymnasium was provided.
- Arizona State University (ASU).
Helped fit all duct and pipe into a confined space. Used multi-story
view to solve problems in the space and find alternate solutions.
Provided louver layout and changes and duct layout.
- Millennium High School.
Provided elevation drawings, roof layout and openings.
- Deer Valley High School Roof
Openings.
- Used extensively to design duct systems and
pipe systems for shop fabrication.
