Tempe Mechanical was founded by Arthur W. Young in 1986 with two employees and a belief that there was a need in the industry for a company that provides responsive quality service to its customers.
Today, Tempe Mechanical has over 200 employees, 40 plus vehicles on the road and generates revenues of over $20 million annually. The company is consistently ranked in the top 15 on The Business Journal Book of Lists of the top mechanical contractors in Arizona for the past 8 years. Tempe Mechanical not only serves customers in Arizona, but in the entire Southwest Region
Safety as a Priority
We take great precaution to ensure that both our clients and staff are properly protected and educated about potential dangers and risks. Homeowners and Facility Managers alike take great comfort tin knowing that our safety rating is among the highest in the industry (.72 EMR rating). Our safety manager, Marshall Martin, recently became OSHA 500 certified. This certification enables him to teach our staff, so they can get the OSHA 10 hour or OSHA 30 hour certification.
